Loved the place and the view out the front door of the pool and the lake. Close to interstate which is a straight shot to beach and nearby shopping.

Photos matched description. Kitchen had all appliances we needed. Loved the interior & preservation of doors with vintage / original knobs and hidden closet for ironing board. Had a slight hiccup with refrigerator late one evening, but had remedied within minutes! Very convenient access to restaurants, graffiti bridge and bridge to Gulf Breeze. This is a second floor unit, so plan accordingly. The toilet has a very small clearance to bathtub, BUT the owner said they will be fixing that issue by moving the toilet to back wall. Hosts were extremely friendly and gave recommendations of local businesses and parks to visit.

Great place and location being a single parent with teenagers. Skate park is an absolute bonus if you have kids that participate in the sport. Heather was absolutely the best from start to finish. Will stay here again and look forward to making more memories.

OMG….. We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. The pictures did not do this house justice. This house is breath taken and Beautiful. Every bit of it. We could not stay out the pool and they had more than enough pool toys to play with the kids with. Game night was amazing and we had more than enough setting area to play in. The layout of the house was everything we don’t have anything negative to say about this house other than our week went by too fast. The kids did not want to leave nor did the adults. We will definitely pick this location again when we come back to Pensacola. I would like to especially Thank Ms. Kate for helping us find stuff to do and just for being so courteous we truly appreciate you. So if your looking for somewhere to stay in Pensacola please book this location because it was worth every penny and then some.
